Aquaculture Extrusion Technology short course

This 3-day course, offered annually in Norway since 2015, covers the principles of extrusion, the design of extrusion processes, and the formulation of extruded aquafeeds. Principles learned will be demonstrated using the extruder in the Centre for Feed Technology pilot plant.
