Maintenance Manager

- Make annual maintenance plan, periodically maintain all machinery and equipment and assign staff to implement, supervise maintenance according to the approved plan.
- Make an estimate of necessary materials for the replacement and repair work on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Ensure equipment for production activities of the company to operate continuously, machine downtime due to the smallest breakdown and have the highest line efficiency.
- Manage maintenance and repair costs in accordance with the budget.
- Repair unexpected damaged equipment quickly to ensure production schedule.
- Keep track of the company’s machinery, equipment and tools.
- Develop, monitor and manage usage norms of maintenance supplies.
- Report production interruptions and production performance periodically to the Board of Directors.
- Manage the work related to the maintenance, maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and factories throughout the Company.
- Manage the work related to the receipt of new machinery and equipment, technology equipped by the Company according to the production process.
- Consulting superiors on solutions to improve productivity and invest in new technologies.
- Report on work and other tasks requested by the BOD.

- Degree: University degree, preference is given to Electrical Automation.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in maintenance work, preferred in the field of aqua feed.
- Understanding of shrimp feed production techniques (pellet, extrusion)
- Good communication in English.
- Civil electricity, electric welding, mechanical, electrical automation.

- Salary: negotiable, depending on candidate’s experience and interview result.
