Chi tiết công việc

• 70 %: Maintain, improve and develop the sales network in the Vietnamese market.
- provide support and technical know-how to local
veterinarians, farmers and other professionals,
- establish, develop and maintain a positive relationship with accounts, key accounts and partners, negotiate, prepare and close deals with existing and new clients,
- organize seminars and workshops, achieve sales targets
- monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.,
- proactively develop the brand and reputation of Inovet.
• 20 %: Account management
- follow-up on forecasts, pending orders and supply chain, daily report by CRM, mail and/or telephone to the Export Area Manager
• 10 %: Training and personal development
- attend trainings and seminars,
- develop and train your hard and soft skills,
- improve your product knowledge by in-house and
videoconference trainings by our technical product
managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Degree in Veterinary Sciences (DVM), or equivalent by
experience, and a strong commercial mindset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function.
• Strong technical pig, cattle and poultry technical
background.
• Vietnamese native language speaker and proficient in
English. Other languages are an advantage.
• Communication and presentation skills.
