We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager based in Vietnam to drive sales for our aquaculture products (probiotics, nutritional supplements, environment treatment products). Check out the key responsibilities and requirements below:

Responsibilities:
- Expand customer database across Vietnam
- Manage contracts, updates, and documentation
- Liaise with customers for updates, purchases, and business coordination
- Oversee key account management
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for aquaculture products
- Ensure smooth sales processes, contract follow-ups, and payment collections
- Gather feedback and provide solutions to customers
- Identify and engage with new customers, such as distributors and retail stores
- Conduct regular field visits for business growth
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and market knowledge
- Coordinate daily with sales team for business enhancement

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
