Các mối đe dọa và xung đột trong bảo tồn nguồn lợi thủy sản vùng cao ở miền Bắc và miền Trung Việt Nam

In  Vietnam,  the  fauna  and  flora  is  plentiful  and  diversity.  Vietnam’s  biodiversity  is  an important  part  of  the  country’s  economy  and  culture.  However,  aquatic  resources  are declining. This article presents the relevent issues in aquatic conservation in the Nothern and Centre Vietnam. This research is completed by primary and secondary data collection. There are many development pressures on and threats to aquatic resources in Son La and Quang Tri provinces,  including  hydropower  development,  gold  and  mineral  mining,  agricultural cultivation,  industrial  activities,  and  deforestation.  It  is  challenging  to  balance  economic development  and  aquatic  conservation,  and  to  ensure  poverty  reduction,  food  security  and sustainable use of aquatic resources. The key  finding with regard to pressures, threats, and conflicting interests are presented in this paper.
