Đánh giá hiệu quả nuôi thu sinh khối Artemia franciscana dòng Vĩnh Châu và dòng Great Salt Lake trong ao đất tại Ninh Hòa – Khánh Hòa

This research is aimed to know the suitable, high value Artemia franciscana strains in pond condition in Ninh Hoa- Khanh Hoa by estimating the biomass culturing efficiency of  Artemia franciscana Vinh Chau strains and Great Salt  Late strains  in pond from 4/2012 to 8/2012. Experiment with 2 treatments includes: culturing for biomass with Artemia franciscana Vĩnh Châu strains, culturing for biomass with Artemia franciscana Great Salt Late strains. Artemia was reared in 8 pond (100m2/pond) with beginning density 100 nauplius/L, salinity from 70-90 ppt, supplied algae by  combining  culturing algae in pond and supplement from another pond.  The  result  presents  the  significant  differences  in  some  estimated  criteria,  as  well  as economic  efficiency  (P<0,05).  In  pond  condition,  the  survival  rate,  growth  rate,  and reproductive  criteria  of  Artemia  franciscana  Vĩnh  Châu  strains  are  higher  than  others, contrary to maximum weight, size. In adition to that, biomass and efficiency in GSL strains are  higher  than  these  in  VC  strains.  Therefore,  conclusion  is  to  improve  Artemia biomass, GSL strains is more suitable for biomass culturing in pond condition.
