Đánh giá thực trạng chính sách đầu tư thủy sản 2006-2012 và Đề xuất chính sách đầu tư thủy sản tỉnh Bình Định 2013-2020

The  assessment of  the  fisheries  policy  was  carried out 5 districts  and  1  city  of Binh  Dinh province. Research have done on many different variables, with 82 fishermen and women by interview  of  questionnaires,  they  engaged  in  fishing  capture  and  aquaculture,  processing, purchasing  seafood  products,  the  households  hatchery  fish.  There  were  53  enterprises,  41 semi-structured staffs at all levels from the commune, district and provincial level; and also 32  case  studies  for representatives  of  all  the  groups  for  the  sites,  the  implementation  of effective  policies  at  locations  in  the  different  policy  kinds.  Through  survey  and  interview comments  from  the consultation  seminars  at district  and  provincial  level,  also  a  provincial consultative workshop to draw the overall assessment of the situation, the effectiveness of the mechanisms  and  policies  fisheries  are  being  applied  locally  and  make  policy recommendations for the management, determine the staples of the local "ocean tuna" and the  policy  solutions  to  help  attachment,  improve  the  investment,  develop  and  improve  the competitiveness of the fishery and aquaculture products in Binh Dinh.
