Hoạt lực tinh trùng cá hồng bạc Lutjanus argentimaculatus (Forskal, 1775): Ảnh hưởng của tỷ lệ pha loãng, pH, áp suất thẩm thấu và các Cations

The aims of this study were to assess the effects of environment  factors including dilution ratios, pH, osmolality and cations on sperm motility parameters of Lutjanus argentimaculatus (Forsskal,1775).  The  first,  the  maximum  percentage  of  motile  sperm  and  total  duration  of sperm  motility  were  observed  in  artificial  seawater  (ASW)  with  different  dilution  ratios  of 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200 (semem:ASW). The best dilution ratio was used for later assessments. Then, effect of  pH 6, 7, 8 and 9;  osmolalities 200, 300, 400 and 500 mOsm.kg-1 and cations Ca2+, K+, Na+ with concentration of 0,2, 0,4, 0,6 and 0,8 M were observed. Optimal sperm motility  parameters  were  obtained  when  semen  was  diluted  in  ASW  at  adilution  ratio  of 1:100,  pH  of  8  and  osmolality  of  500  mOsm.kg-1.  The  optimal  concentrations  of  ions  for sperm motility were 0.4 mol NaCl, 0.4 mol KCl, 0.4 mol CaCl 2 .
