Job Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture or related fields. Candidates with a major in Animal Husbandry but with experience in Aquaculture are also accepted.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Aquaculture industry, including at least 5 years in a sales role. A strong network in sales and key account management (big farm, distributor, and feedmill) is preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong selling skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese and proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Team player, dynamic, highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Key account management skill
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive in identifying and offering solutions.
• Strategic thinking and approach.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
• Valid driver’s license.

o Develop market area: identify prospects, build relationships.
o Set up and reach monthly sales objectives according to the company budget.
o Maintain relationships with existing customers.
o Identify and target potential customers to expand the market area and conclude sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Promote and develop the company brand image
• Conduct market surveys to achieve leading position in the market
• Follow the trials and develop our product through vetshops and farms
• Provide technical support to customers to improve the material cost efficiency by improving the farm management: conversion ratio, yield and quality.
• Responsible for managing orders and the debts of customers in the area
• Plan business trip and customer meetings, including any necessary translations.
